Return and Refund Policy

At Cloud Berry, each candle is hand-poured with care and intention. Because of the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been used.

However, we want you to love your purchase. If your candle arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at support@cloudberry.world with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll happily replace or refund the item depending on the situation.

Please note:

Items must be unused and in their packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Sale items and limited edition releases are final sale.
